Did you know that, from the moment you were conceived, you were chosen to be here?
Before you took your first breath, He had a purpose for your life. God actually says this himself in Jeremiah 1:5: "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart." You are one of a kind, uniquely created by God for something that only you can do.
You're not an afterthought or a mistake. You were chosen to be here. You were chosen to make a difference in this world—to be a light in dark places and a voice of hope in a world that often feels hopeless. You were created to show God's love and kindness to the people around you.
You're here for a reason. There's a purpose within you that's waiting to be fulfilled.
It doesn't matter where you are right now. It doesn't matter if you feel lost, unsure of your purpose, or think you've missed your chance. As long as there's life, there's still time to walk in the purpose God has for you.
There's no age limit on purpose. Plenty of people in the Bible stepped into God's plans later in life. Look at Abraham and Moses. God used them powerfully at ages when many people would have thought their best years were behind them.
In fact, God actually promises this kind of lasting fruitfulness in Psalm 92:14: "They still bear fruit in old age; they are ever full of sap and green." God's plan is for you to stay fresh, stay green, and keep bearing fruit, no matter your season of life.
At the same time, you're not too young either. Jeremiah felt unsure of himself because of his age when God called him to be a prophet. Yet God still chose and used him.
Age isn't a barrier for God. He is God, after all! He knows the plans he has for each one of us.
So don't buy into the lie that it's too late for you, or that you have nothing to offer. You have plenty to offer. God carefully created you and formed you for a reason.
You are here on purpose, for a purpose.
Never forget that.
